You may recall you did a survey on our (now current) home back in September, and also on the property we subsequently sold. We were obviously happy with your service, and your honesty, which is why I’m contacting you again.

I placed an order with Bevan Surveyors Limited. Excellent service. Mr Bevan carried out the survey within two working days of me instructing him & the report was ready in another 2 days. One of the problems I heard about surveyors is that the post survey service / responding to questions & concerns on the report is very poor, particularly after they have received their fees. But this is not the case with Mr Bevan. I left him a message that I needed to discuss some of the findings in his report & he called me back within half an hour to discuss in detail for the next 15-20 mins and clarified all my doubts. Complete peace of mind!!

Thank you so much for an excellent and fully comprehensive report, now we've taken the time the read it we feel fully equipped to proceed with the house purchase in full knowledge of its merits and concerns. Just to let you know that we have ended up agreeing a reduced purchase price of £282,500 with the vendors / agent, so an improvement of £7,500 against Sam’s original offer. Your report and valuation provided a very useful aid to the renegotiation, so thank you once again for your support and input.

Bevan Surveyors were actually the first to contact me, on a Sunday too. After discussions regarding pricing structures I directed his company to act for me. I had one other contact 3 days after my initial enquiry which I politely declined.
