RICS Level 2 Home Survey

Bevan Surveyors are able to offer the new RICS Level 2 Home Survey. This report is much improved over the old version and is suitable for modern and older traditional homes of conventional design .

The RICS Level 2 Home Survey uses a traffic light system that lets you to see at a glance the condition of the various parts of the building.

We understand that once you have found a property you like, you may need to come to a quick decision with regards to the purchase. At Bevan Surveyors we aim to complete all Homebuyer Reports within 24 – 48 hours of the inspection. Reports are emailed to you as soon as they have been completed.

Once you have your Home Survey Report that is not the end, should you wish to discuss the report the surveyor will be available on the phone to help you with any questions.

The RICS Level 2 Home Survey Report is the survey most often requested at Bevan Surveyors. We find clients really like the straight forward presentation of the key issues affecting a home they are hoping to purchase.

I placed an order with Bevan Surveyors Limited. Excellent service. Mr Bevan carried out the survey within two working days of me instructing him & the report was ready in another 2 days. One of the problems I heard about surveyors is that the post survey service / responding to questions & concerns on the report is very poor, particularly after they have received their fees. But this is not the case with Mr Bevan. I left him a message that I needed to discuss some of the findings in his report & he called me back within half an hour to discuss in detail for the next 15-20 mins and clarified all my doubts. Complete peace of mind!!
